AMMO LONDON PELVIC FLOOR EXERCISERS

The AMMO Pelvic Floor Exercisers are designed to achieve the best results in pelvic floor and vaginal muscle work/exercise. They are made of medical-grade silicone, with a silky/velvety touch, ensuring the highest quality. They consist of 3 spheres of 33mm, each with a different weight of 20g, 30g, and 40g (allowing up to 6 combinations with different weights) and two support bands, one single and one double. They are used to improve muscle tone (involuntary and unconscious tension that a muscle has when at rest). Perfect as a complement to Kegel exercises, which train muscle strength (conscious and voluntary contraction).
