Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you may contact us or send an email to [email protected]. You will need to provide the invoice number and the reason for canceling the order. Cancellation is only possible before the order is shipped. If payment has already been made, the total amount will be refunded using the same payment method. Cancellation is only accepted in case of order errors, product unavailability, non-payment by the customer, or incorrect/discrepant prices due to manual or system error.

Exchanges and Returns

If you wish to exchange or return your order (full or partial), you may contact us or send an email to [email protected]. You will need to provide the invoice number and the reason for the exchange or return. Exchanges or returns are possible within 14 days after receiving the order.

Only products with intact original packaging (in sellable condition), not used, and accompanied by the corresponding invoice will be accepted. Returns or exchanges of prescription drugs (MSRM), underwear, and personalized products will not be accepted.

Exchanges or returns should be sent to the following address: Farmácia Imperial, Avenida Guerra Junqueiro n30B 1000-167 Lisbon. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damage during transport or product quality issues (deducted value). You may deliver directly to the indicated address.

In case of returns, money will be refunded using the same payment method, 5 to 10 days after verifying the product condition and approval of the return. Exchanges, once approved, can be made immediately at one of the pharmacies or delivered to the address you specify.

Theft, Failures and Losses

The order is considered lost only after confirmation with the shipping company.

If you suspect the integrity of your order because the packaging shows signs of tampering upon delivery, you should not accept the order. The order will be returned to our facilities for inspection and we will contact you.
