What can I buy?
We sell all products usually available in pharmacies:
prescription medicines; non-prescription medicines,
dermocosmetic and hygiene items, dietary supplements, orthopedics, among
others. If you cannot find what you need, please contact us.
Do I need to register on the website to make a purchase?
No. You can make a purchase without registering on our website.
I live outside Continental Portugal. Can I make purchases?
Yes, as long as you do not purchase any prescription or non-prescription medicine. At checkout, you must indicate the delivery destination, so shipping costs can be calculated. Any legal restrictions or customs fees in the destination country are the user’s responsibility.
How can I cancel an order?
You must contact Customer Support as soon as possible to confirm if it is still pending shipment.
If it has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Can I order medicines that need to be kept cold?
Yes. We ensure that transportation guarantees the proper handling of the product.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order. Orders above €39 within Continental Portugal have free shipping.
Can you deliver my order only to my home, or can it be
somewhere else?
We deliver to the address you provide.

How do I know my order was received?
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming that your order is being processed. If you have an account, you can access your order history.
How do I know the total amount to pay?
At the end of the purchase process, if you are buying non-prescription products/medicines, the system will show the total, including any discounts and shipping costs.
For prescription medicines, you will receive an email with the final amount, including co-payments, discounts, and shipping costs.
Which payment methods are available?
Credit Card, MB WAY, and Bank Reference for national orders; Bank Transfer for international orders.
