The special adhesive allows the strip to comfortably adjust to the sides of the nose, and its flexibility allows the bands to lift nasal passages, keeping nasal passages open. They can be used during the day or night for relief from nasal congestion due to allergies, colds, snoring, or deviated septum. Medication-free.

1. Clean: wash and dry your nose (for oily skin, use a toner to clean the skin before application). 2. Place: remove the protective paper and apply the strip as directed. 3. Apply: gently press the strip to adhere it to the skin. To reduce the risk of skin reactions or injury, always remove the strip slowly with warm water when washing your face or during a shower. Peel off the ends and then pull gently on both sides. Size matters as using the correct size will provide the best results. Small/medium nasal strips fit 75% of adult noses, and large strips are for adults with larger noses.
