Apply to wet hair, emulsify, and then massage the scalp for a few seconds. Rinse thoroughly. Do not excessively rub the scalp to avoid activating the sebaceous glands that produce sebum. Consider spacing out hair washes with shampoo, alternating between liquid shampoo and dry shampoo.
