Therapeutic heat wrap indicated for relieving muscle and joint pain associated with muscle fatigue, excessive exertion, strains, sprains, and arthritis.
Thermacare Therapeutic Heat Wraps are made of a soft and comfortable material, with heat cells containing natural ingredients that heat up when they come into contact with oxygen in the air. Ideal size for application on the lumbar and hip area.
1. Do not open the pouch if you are not going to use ThermaCare®. ThermaCare® may take up to 30 minutes to reach the desired therapeutic temperature. 2. Place the wrap on the area to be treated, with the darker side of the heat cells facing the skin, and adjust the wrap by closing it at the front. If you are 55 years or older, use ThermaCare® over a layer of clothing and not directly on the skin. 3. For best results, we recommend using ThermaCare® for 8 hours.
