Thermacare Therapeutic thermal belts for neck, shoulders and wrists are made of a soft and comfortable material, with thermal cells containing natural ingredients that heat up upon contact with oxygen from the air. Ideal size for application on the neck, shoulders, and wrists.
1. Do not open the pouch unless you are going to use ThermaCare®. ThermaCare® may take up to 30 minutes to reach the desired therapeutic temperature. 2. Place the belt on the area to be treated, with the darker side of the thermal cells facing the skin, and adjust the belt by closing it at the front. If you are 55 years or older, use ThermaCare® over a layer of clothing and not directly on the skin. 3. For best results, we recommend using ThermaCare® for 8 hours.
